SH&E Handbook
Warwick Industrial Group LLC
Warwick Industrial Group LLC is committed to conducting all business activities in a manner that protects the safety and health of our employees, contractors, customers, and the communities in which we operate. This handbook establishes the minimum SH&E standards applicable to all Warwick personnel and vendor/supplier interactions.
SH&E Policy Statement
Warwick Industrial Group LLC is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors. We believe that all injuries, occupational illnesses, and environmental incidents are preventable.
Management at every level is accountable for implementing this policy. All personnel are expected to actively participate in SH&E programs, report hazards and near-misses promptly, and refuse to perform work they believe to be unsafe.
Hazard Communication (HazCom / GHS)
All hazardous materials handled, stored, or distributed by Warwick Industrial Group are subject to OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) and the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are maintained for all applicable materials and are available upon request. Customers and contractors receiving hazardous materials are responsible for ensuring their personnel are trained on applicable SDS content prior to handling.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Appropriate PPE is required when handling industrial materials, conducting warehouse operations, or visiting any Warwick facility or job site. Minimum requirements include safety-toed footwear, safety glasses, and high-visibility vest in all warehouse and yard areas.
Additional PPE requirements — including cut-resistant gloves, hard hats, face shields, and respiratory protection — are determined by job-specific hazard assessments and applicable regulatory requirements.
Emergency Response Procedures
In the event of a workplace emergency — including fire, chemical spill, medical emergency, or severe weather — all personnel must immediately notify their supervisor and call 911 if life safety is at risk. Evacuation routes and assembly points are posted at all Warwick facilities.
Spills of hazardous materials must be reported immediately to the facility manager and, where required by regulation, to the appropriate federal, state, or local environmental agency. No personnel should attempt to contain a spill without proper training and PPE.
Environmental Compliance
Warwick Industrial Group complies with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including those administered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
We are committed to minimizing waste generation, preventing pollution, and continuously improving our environmental performance. Proper disposal of packaging, scrap material, and hazardous waste is required at all facilities and job sites.
Regulatory Compliance Framework
All Warwick operations are conducted in compliance with applicable OSHA standards (29 CFR 1910 General Industry; 29 CFR 1926 Construction), EPA regulations, DOT hazardous materials transportation requirements (49 CFR), and applicable ASTM, ASME, and API standards governing material handling and storage.
Vendors and suppliers operating on behalf of Warwick Industrial Group are required to maintain equivalent or greater SH&E standards and must provide evidence of compliance upon request.
Incident Reporting & Investigation
All work-related injuries, illnesses, near-misses, and property damage incidents must be reported to a supervisor immediately and documented within 24 hours. Warwick maintains OSHA 300 logs and submits required regulatory reports in accordance with 29 CFR 1904.
Root cause analysis is conducted for all recordable incidents. Corrective actions are tracked to closure and communicated to affected personnel. The goal of every investigation is prevention of recurrence, not assignment of blame.
Vendor & Supplier SH&E Requirements
All vendors and suppliers performing work at Warwick facilities or on behalf of Warwick at customer sites must comply with this handbook and any site-specific SH&E requirements. Pre-qualification documentation including proof of insurance, OSHA 300 logs, and safety program documentation may be required.
Vendors must immediately report any SH&E incident involving Warwick personnel, materials, or job sites to the Warwick procurement contact. Failure to comply with SH&E requirements may result in suspension or termination of the vendor relationship.
