Material Traceability You Can Count On
Materials supplied by Warwick are supported by applicable mill documentation, certifications, and traceability records in accordance with material specifications and purchase-order requirements.
Our Quality Commitment
Warwick Industrial Group LLC operates under a strict quality framework aligned with ASTM, ASME, and API standards. We review applicable documentation before release and maintain records for every order we fulfill.
Standards & Certifications
All materials are sourced, verified, and documented to the following industry standards.
Line Pipe
Specification for line pipe used in pipeline transportation systems for the petroleum and natural gas industries.
Steel Gate Valves
Bolted bonnet steel gate valves for petroleum and natural gas industries, covering pressure classes 150 through 2500.
Compact Steel Gate Valves
Compact steel gate valves for refinery and related applications, NPS 4 and smaller.
Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe
Seamless carbon steel pipe for high-temperature service in pressure systems.
Alloy Steel Pipe
Seamless ferritic alloy-steel pipe for high-temperature service, covering grades P1 through P91.
Pressure Vessel Plate
Carbon steel plates for moderate and lower temperature pressure vessel fabrication.
Pipe Flanges & Fittings
Pipe flanges and flanged fittings for NPS 1/2 through NPS 24, covering pressure classes 150 through 2500.
Butt-Weld Fittings
Factory-made wrought butt-welding fittings for general corrosive and high-temperature service.
Sour Service Materials
Petroleum and natural gas industries — materials for use in H2S-containing environments in oil and gas production.
Documentation We Provide
Every shipment is accompanied by a complete documentation package. No exceptions.
Mill Test Reports (MTR)
Original mill-certified chemical and mechanical property test reports for every heat of material. Traceable to the specific heat number stamped on the material.
Certificate of Conformance (CoC)
Written certification that the supplied material meets all applicable specification requirements, signed by our quality representative.
Material Identification
Heat numbers, lot numbers, and specification markings are verified against MTRs before shipment. Physical markings are confirmed to match documentation.
Third-Party Inspection Reports
When required, we coordinate third-party inspection and testing through accredited inspection agencies, with full reports included in the documentation package.
Dimensional Inspection Records
Dimensional verification records confirming OD, wall thickness, length, and end finish compliance with applicable ASTM/ASME/API standards.
Packing Lists & Shipping Documents
Detailed packing lists with heat-to-piece traceability, bill of lading, and any special handling or storage instructions required for the material.
Our Quality Process
Source Qualification
We source exclusively from qualified mills and distributors with demonstrated compliance to ASTM, ASME, and API standards. New suppliers undergo a qualification review before any material is purchased.
Order Verification
Every purchase order specifies the exact specification, grade, heat treatment, and documentation requirements. Ambiguities are resolved with the customer before the order is placed.
MTR Review
Mill test reports are reviewed against specification requirements upon receipt. Chemical composition, mechanical properties, and heat treatment are verified before material is accepted.
Physical Verification
Material markings are cross-checked against MTRs. Dimensions are spot-checked. Any discrepancy triggers a hold and formal non-conformance review.
Documentation Package Assembly
A complete documentation package is assembled for each shipment — MTRs, CoC, inspection records, and packing list — and transmitted to the customer at time of shipment.
Record Retention
All quality records are retained for a minimum of 10 years and are available for retrieval upon request. Digital copies are maintained in a secure document management system.
