The customer is solely responsible for specifying the correct material grade, specification, size, end use, and service conditions. Warwick does not independently verify that any material is suitable for a customer's intended application unless expressly agreed in writing as part of a specific order. Mill test reports and certifications are provided as received from the producing mill or manufacturer.

Materials supplied by Warwick are sourced from qualified mills and manufacturers in accordance with applicable ASTM, ASME, API, and NACE specifications as required by the accepted purchase order.
8a. OSHA & Workplace Safety
Buyers, end users, contractors, and site personnel are solely responsible for handling, storing, installing, and using all materials in compliance with applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, including 29 CFR Part 1910 (General Industry) and 29 CFR Part 1926 (Construction), applicable industry safety codes, and the material's rated specifications and manufacturer instructions. Nothing on this website constitutes safety engineering advice, a safety plan, or a substitute for qualified safety personnel.
8b. DOT & FMCSA Transportation Regulations
Where shipments involve materials subject to U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, applicable regulatory responsibilities are assigned according to law and the contractual arrangements between the parties. Relevant frameworks include: 49 CFR Parts 171–180 (Hazardous Materials Regulations); 49 CFR Parts 390–399 (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations); 49 CFR Part 393 (Cargo Securement); and 49 CFR Part 395 (Hours of Service / ELD Mandate). Transportation services are performed by FMCSA-registered motor carriers. Carrier regulatory responsibilities remain with the carrier as required by law. Warwick does not hold FMCSA freight broker authority and does not arrange transportation as a service independent of a material sale.
8c. Hazardous Materials
Customers are solely responsible for the accurate classification, disclosure, and documentation of any hazardous materials as defined under 49 CFR §171.8 prior to tender for shipment. Warwick does not independently classify hazardous materials on behalf of customers. Where a shipment involves hazardous materials, the customer must provide accurate shipping papers, proper packaging, marking, labeling, and placarding in accordance with the applicable HMR requirements before Warwick can coordinate transportation.
